- 4+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of API communications.
- Expertise working with SAP ECC, SAP PI, and SAP Integration Suite.
- BA/MA degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
- Experience in project management and Agile practices, preferably with PMP and Scrum certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Willingness and ability to travel to different Karcher facilities in support of team development or general activities.
