**Main Responsibilities**
1. Provide a full range of executive support to the CEO
2. Prepare various business proposals and handle confidential documents
3. Coordinating board meetings logistics
4. Participate in the operations of general administration
5. Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals, and confidential documents
6. Facilitating and following up on external and internal business affairs
7. Travel with management for meetings in Sonora and CDMX
**Requirements**:
1.



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2. 1 - 4 years of working experience in serving senior executives is an advantage but not a must
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English
4. Analytical, self-motivated, good team player with excellent interpersonal and strong report writing skills
6. Ability to multi-task and perform duties with a high level of detail
7. Willing to travel
