**Job Purpose**:
In this position, the collaborator will be able to carry out the organization and efficient management of documents and files. Focused on the accounting and financial tasks of the department, such as recording transactions, reviewing and analyzing information of the organization.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Daily update of reports by expenses, accounts,



monitoring and updating of expense provision
Receipt of invoices that are delivered daily by users
Review of expenses at the request of users the registration of entry of invoices, receipts, purchase orders
Reconciliations with users, vendors, invoice statements, and posted payments
Expense Provision Integration of Current Month Expense Provision
Integration of monthly expense reports by account
