Develop and validate inspection testing methods.
Performs variable and attribute repetitiveness and reproducibility studies (GR&R;) Initiates and directs Non-Conformances Reports and Corrective Actions to problems relating to product or process quality.
Minimize customer complaints due to product quality through effective Corrective Actions systems.
Ensure compliance of project activities to appropriate regulations and standards (FDA, ISO)
May coordinate the calibration system
May coordinate the environmental monitoring program.
Supports activities to maintain the system’s valid status.
Participates in multifunctional continuous improvement project teams. Participates in the implementation of new products and processes according to customer expectations.
Develops,



updates and maintains inspection procedures for Quality Inspection processes and product release.
Supports the training program Support compliance participation.
Knowledge of MS Office, Minitab and Outlook.
Knowledge with statistical tools (SPC, DOE, ANOVA).
Knowledge of quality tools for root-cause analysis.
Knowledge of ISO13485, 21 CFR 820 (FDA) is a plus.
