We seek a multifaceted PowerBI Analyst with strong business sense to join our newly formed Field Reporting Service Team. This team supports the US BBU (Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit) Strategic Field Operations (SFO) department and AZ's US BBU Field Force for their Reporting & Analytics needs.
Crucial qualifications include a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical sales industry, coupled with outstanding operational and technical skills in data/analytics & Business Intelligence. Responsibilities include interpreting evolving SFO needs, gathering requirements, translating them into technical terms, and collaborating with the Field Reporting Service Team to develop and oversee technology solutions addressing business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:




- Develop and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform testing and validation of PowerBI reports and dashboards to ensure functionality and performance
**Key Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerBI development and data analysis using SQL.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and PowerBI Service.
- Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using SQL.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
