The SAP IT Supply Chain Manager will have responsibilities for coordinating all IT related activities in our Manufacturing Supply Chain environment, to ensure an effective and continuously optimized operating environment. This role will work with various other departments within the organization, utilizing their knowledge of our business processes, to ensure all IT systems related to Supply Chain meet current and future business needs.
Identifies & builds project teams via matrix support organizations to ensure appropriate skills & experience are represented for success. Monitors project progress & status to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Ensures compliance with standards, processes & best practices as established by the business governance. Collaborates with peers to create roadmaps & plans.
- Partner with the business to champion **SAP S4 HANA MM best practices**, fostering strong relationships with Supply Chain teams and driving strategic alignment with company objectives.
- ** SAP S4 HANA MM and PP Expertise**: Lead the design and architecture in SAP S4 HANA MM and PP modules, ensuring cutting-edge solutions and system robustness.
- ** Continuous Learning & Development**: Stay at the forefront of technology through ongoing education and certifications, bringing the latest innovations to our team.
- ** Solution Architecture**: Develop and maintain a scalable and flexible solution architecture that supports business growth and adapts to changing market demands.
- ** Process Optimization**: Utilize analytical skills to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and deliver measurable business value.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other business systems, ensuring a cohesive technology ecosystem.
- ** Project Leadership**: Manage and execute critical IT projects from conception to deployment, with a focus on timeframes, budget,



and quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience and education.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Manufacturing Supply Chain experience, with at least 5 years SAP MM experience as either SME or IT support.
- Experience with testing automation
- Lean or Six Sigma training preferred
- Proven project or team leadership experience
- Self-led, highly organized, and clear communication skills
- Comfortable running workshops and doing public presentations
**Compensation**
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $120,000-$145,000.
