Manage Volume Attainment based on the Production Plan.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan the predictive and preventive maintenance of the machinery inside the production floor.
- Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Analyze scrap data and develop strategies to reduce its volume.
- Participate in the yearly business planning, develop the Production Dept. budget, and keep expenses within it.
- Evaluate the requirements and resources of the Production Dept. and negotiate with the Upper Management of the company the acquisition of new goods when required.
- Participate in the development of regulations, guidelines, control plans, risk analysis, failure analysis and, in general, any other document or research that impacts in a direct or indirect manner the Production Staff.




- Identify training needs of the Production Staff and organize relevant training sessions for Production Staff at all levels when required.
- Verify that all products produced in the production floor meet all Safety and Quality standards according to the Company Policy.
- Identify areas of opportunity that allow the Production Department to operate efficiently reducing costs.
- Evaluate the Production Staff performance and make sure they meet the Production Department’s specific KPIs.
- Participate in the development of strategies to keep Production Staff motivated.
Gather relevant data from the different productive areas and share it with other departments of the company that could help them make decisions to have a continuous improvement of our operations.
