**ACTIVITIES**:
- Follow-up and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.
- Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.
- Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.
- Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.
- Follow up on continuous improvement projects.
- Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.




- Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.
- Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Industrial Engineer / Engineering
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Kanban Implementations
- Ergonomics knowledge is a +
- Financial knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD - or similar (intermediate)
- SAP would be a plus
- Advanced English
