**Descripción del empleo**
The Sr Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the task force to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
This role involves managing a team of production staff, setting up and optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to Bosch’s standards and regulations. As a member of the Task Force department, the Sr Supervisor must be highly self-motivated, focused, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to high-quality results.
- Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of operators and technicians.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to comply with Bosch’s safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for task force projects, including defining objectives, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Self-Motivation and Performance Optimization:




- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm in all aspects of project management. Set personal and team goals that align with organizational objectives and ensure continuous progress.
- Foster a culture of high performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognizing achievements.
- Monitor project performance against established metrics, including schedule, cost, and quality. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management.
- Identify training needs for task force team members and develop or coordinate training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
**Requisitos** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
**Certifications**:
- Lean Manufacturing, Shainin/ RedX or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
**Knowledge**:
- In-depth understanding of production techniques, and quality control.
- Bosch’s production systems and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
**Technical Competencies**:
- Proficiency in production management software and systems.
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
