**Responsibilities**:
- **Supply Chain Expansion**:
- Expand project supply channels and develop new suppliers.
- Introduce new suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- **Procurement Management**:
- Manage the procurement of project fixed assets, equipment, materials, services, and projects.
- Handle business negotiations, contract signing, payments, and warehousing reconciliation.
- **Bidding and Project Implementation**:
- Execute bidding and procurement projects, including the preparation of bidding documents and the organization and implementation of bidding reviews.
- **Project Participation**:
- Act as the procurement representative in project supply chain meetings.
- Follow up on project progress, ensure project delivery, and coordinate between procurement and sales.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Track changes in market prices and technical trends to enhance product quality and reduce procurement costs.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
- Manage procurement and manufacturing costs effectively, providing guidance on project hardware solutions and selection strategies.
- **Internal Procurement Management**:




- Implement and manage internal procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
**Requirements**:
- Over 5 years of experience as a purchasing supervisor.
- More than 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industries.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both usable as working languages.
- Proficient in SAP operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to optimize procurement processes.
