**Responsibilities**:
- HSSE Support for the Mexico O&M-MIP; Dulces Nombres Power Plant
**Required Skills / Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety laws and regulations
- Have established project management and procedure development skills
- Strong computer and communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to manage complex safety situations
- Must be a self-starter / High degree of initiative required
- Offer excellent customer service (Customer Excellence-Data-Driven, Continuous Process Improvement)
- Familiarity of Lean 6 Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Change Management Practices
- Interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, lead and execute programs
**Experience**:
- Minimum of (3) years relevant experience supporting in HSSE for at least (1) power plant
- Safety Government Permit Application and Environmental Program Management experience is a plus
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Safety, Environmental or a related field.
- Formal Certifications (Diplomados with DC3s) on Mexican Health Safety Security and Environmental regulations, preferably related the power industry.
- Extensive knowledge on the following:
- ISO 9001:2015




- ISO 14001:2015
- ISO 45001:2018
- Normatividad ASEA
- Normatividad STPS

**Physical Requirements**:
