**About the role**:
At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP IBP Senior Consultant Lead for our new S/4HANA projects.
As a SAP IBP Senior Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP IBP solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through their financial transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Solution Design and Implementation**:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP IBP solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP IBP modules.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP IBP projects from inception to completion.
- ** Client Engagement**:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on SAP IBP best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- ** Project Management**:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.




- ** Support and Maintenance**:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP IBP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP IBP functionality.
- Implement enhancements and updates as required.
- ** Team Collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP IBP solutions.
- Proven track record of successful SAP IBP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP modules.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- SAP certification in IBP or relevant modules is highly desirable.
