We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Engineer**, based in **Nova Plant, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico** (E-Systems Division).
As Quality engineer will have an excellent opportunity to ensure customer response for notifications of quality issues or any required support reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator.
**Your Task will be**:




- Provide responses to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
- Main point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using the different existing methodologies: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW.
- Monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until ensuring their closure.
- Constantly check client systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- Use the LQTS system database to perform customer complaint analysis.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
- Understands and ensures compliance of the process and product according to customer specifications.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: Industrial Engineer or any other related filed.
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive harness manufacturing.
- Proficient English.
- Capacity of analysis, leadership, communication and organizational skills, troubleshooting, 8D knowledge, Quality systems.
- Specific customer requirement: FORD preferably.
