We are seeking a highly skilled **SAP BASIS Admin** with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP Basis Administration.
**What you’ll do**:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of SAP systems and related software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor system performance, perform tuning, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize SAP environments.
- Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations to maintain security and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute SAP system upgrades and patches.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular system health checks and audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical SAP data and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior administrators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure readiness in case of system failures.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.




**Qualifications**:
**SAP Basis Administration,SAP S/4HANA.**
- Possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Administration with hands-on experience in system installation and configuration.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP Basis Administration, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Have experience in managing SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
- Show proficiency in planning and executing SAP system upgrades and patches.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
