**Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agent**
**Salary**:
- **Starting Pay**: $3 USD per hour for the first month
- **Increased Pay**: $4 USD per hour after the first month
- **Performance-Based Pay**: If you out perform or have a lot of experience in sales, we can increase your pay!
- **Bonus**: $5 USD for each appointment that leads to a sale
**Payment Method**: Monthly via Remitly (requires setting up an account to receive payments directly to your bank)
We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services
- Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners




- Provide clear and persuasive information about our services
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience preferred, but not required
- **Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
- **Equipment**: A computer, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and a headset are required. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.
- **Availability**: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)
