**- Responsible for customer complain, CAPA average, NCR, OTD Promise, OTD Request, CIP, Inventory Turns, Voluntary Turn Over.**
**- Coordinate Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply change activities across value streams.**
**- Responsible to commit new project introduction by defining resources and validation strategies for its implementation on site (IQ, OQ, PQ).**
**- Define and implement the validation strategy for the new production between Customer, NPI and engineering site team.**
**- Implement cost saving initiative.**
**- Supporting production and projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime**
**- Implement Lean, 5S & improvement initiatives across the plant**
**- Ensure all employee are train on all procedure according to GMP, ISO 13485 & FDA**
**- Manage daily production arrangements**




**- Ensure smooth operations and prepare resources for manufacturing**
**- Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address production issues**
**- Monitor and supervise the production area**
**- Reduce waste and manufacturing costs**
**- Solve quality problems and reduce reject rates.**
**- Manage materials and finished goods**
Molding experience
**Requirements**:
**- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business**
**- 3-5 years of relevant experience**
**- Proficiency in MS Office**
**- Proficiency in English (75%)**
