We are looking for a full-time General Accountant for a company located in the United States. The position is 100% home office and fully regulated under the Mexican Law.
This person must be reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized with an excellent written and spoken English level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling daily bookkeeping activities as well as preparing month-end reports.
- Daily activities include invoice input, vendor payments, payroll entry, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Development of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
- Bank reconciliations and analysis.
- Preparation of budgets.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Knowledge about the US GAAP
- Knowledge about American Taxes is a plus.
- Excellent English both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office especially Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, Contpaq,



SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an accountant.
- Experience working in the Restaurant industry is a Plus.
**What we offer**:
- Salary of $25,000 to $30,000 pesos a month depending on experience and qualifications.
- Home office bonus of $800 a month.
