**Job Purpose**:
The Credit Review and AR Analyst reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms, and reviews sales orders for release for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role collaborates closely with AR team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information to maximize revenue potential while mitigating excessive credit risk.
**Activities**:
- **Manage the collection** of invoiced services, ensuring the correct receipt of payments.
- ** Monitor bank transactions** to verify the timely receipt of payments.
- ** Follow up on clarifications** and resolve any issues that may arise.
- ** Request and manage credit notes** as necessary.
- ** Approve orders** sent by the commercial department, ensuring proper processing.
- ** Work with metrics**, tracking key performance indicators.
**What We're Looking For**:
- ** Bachelor's degree** in economic-administrative fields.
- ** Previous experience** in accounts receivable or accounts payable, ideally in the service sector.
- ** 3 to 5 years** of experience in similar roles.
- ** Knowledge of electronic invoicing** and related processes.
- ** Experience in commercial closures**, managing processes and reporting.
- ** Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel**.
- ** Excellent communication skills** and the ability to establish effective relationships.
- ** Ability to express yourself clearly and confidently**.
