**Responsabilities**
- Responsible for 1st level support in IT and ensure compliance with all service levels using a ticket system.
- Guarantee system availability.
- Provide local andor remote support.
- Document IT area processes.
- Supervise the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure (telephone system, mobile devices, updating of servers and computer equipment, multifunctional printers, backups,



internal network, wireless networks, etc.)
- Supplier management.
**Your Profile**
- Systems Engineering, Computational Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in Firts Level Support.
- Intermediate English.
