**Responsibilities**:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help teams understand data and make informed decisions.
- Work with various teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data collection and cleaning processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Use advanced data analysis tools and statistical methods to perform predictive and segmentation analyses.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams and developers to improve data sources and analytical capabilities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Statistics**, **Mathematics**, **Computer Science**, **Economics**, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience using data visualization tools like **Tableau**, **Power BI**,



or **Looker**.
- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** for data manipulation and database queries.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical techniques and predictive models.
- Experience with programming languages like **Python** or **R**.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings in a simple way to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with **Big Data** tools such as **Hadoop**, **Spark**, or **Google BigQuery**.
- Familiarity with **Machine Learning** techniques and tools such as **scikit-learn** or **TensorFlow**.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
