Activities:
- Evaluate and explore intern/trainees/apprentices/VIE/graduate program pipeline
- Consolidate needs from all sites




- Integrate DE&I; strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies in order to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward OPmobility 's Diversity agenda
- Keep the TA dashboard updated
- Participate in continuous improvement of TA model
- School-related activities:
- Participate in regional school relation activities and partnerships
- Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OPmobility strategy with the support of local HR team
- Build and keep up to date regional talent pipeline
- Employer branding:
- Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding activities
- Promote OPmobility image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media / job boards
- Competences requirements:
- Business school, HR Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Results oriented, proven negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
- Very good command of the English language, ability to travel as required-
