**Position Mission**
Administer the University Talent entry programs at the Corporate level, as well as the guidelines and policies for the countries of Arca Continental, with the aim of developing, training, and preparing University Talent to grow within the organization and generate value for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**




- Ensure the Arca Continental Trainee Program to develop young people and promote talent to generate capabilities that prepare them as future leaders of the company.
- Implement the Arca Continental Intern Program to bring university students who meet the profile established in the program closer and develop competencies to generate value at Arca Continental and promote the employer brand.
- Lead the "Arca Continental Student Experience" program to connect universities, teachers, and students in relevant projects for the company that also help them fulfill their assignments to complete their university degrees.
- Ensure and lead Arca Continental's presence at relevant job fairs.
- Manage and control the budget of the University Talent area.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in different areas of Human Resources.
