**Job Summary**
The Quality Check Clerk will review and analyse loan files monthly to determine if all guidelines are met. They must have the ability to review and complete the given number of loans per day. The Quality Check Clerk will interact and communicate with several departments within Panorama Mortgage Group and its brands. They will be responsible to effectively and thoroughly communicate, orally and in writing, loan findings to the Underwriting/Operations departments and to third parties as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Learning and Adhering to the Company’s Quality Control Plan.
- Responsible for ensuring Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures are accurate.
- Supports the Quality Control Analyst’s reviews and tasks.
- Responsible for working with other departments to ensure errors are transferred, discusses and resolved.
- Analyzes HUD Compare Ratio on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for ensuring timing requirements are met for quality controls reviews and reporting in accordance with the company’s Quality Control Plan.
- Assist with the required review of denied and withdrawal loans.
- Responsible for ensuring Branch Office Site Inspections are completed and noted issues corrected.
- Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requeriments**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will accept a High School diploma or equivalent with acceptable experience in Underwriting or Quality Control.
- One to Two years of analytical or financial assessment background required.
- Ability to communicate and work well with co-workers in a team environment.
- Possess clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle a high-volume workload.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Timely communication and response times according to department standards
