Client: Our client is a multinational company dedicated to cybersecurity, with their team operating in the Spain timezone.
- Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Remove obstacles and support team members in achieving their goals
- Assist in creating and managing user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable
- Conduct user story testing and gather feedback to improve project outcomes
- Present user story demos to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into future sprints
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team
- Requirements:



Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
