**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and successfully delivering agile technology projects. You will work closely with development teams and be instrumental in ensuring Agile best practices are followed, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and lead Scrum meetings, such as sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective, to ensure the team meets sprint objectives.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and the development team.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to remove obstacles and ensure continuous value delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of agile practices and software development best practices.
- Measure and communicate team and project performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in resource management and project risk management.
- Participate in identifying and resolving conflicts within the team and with other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,



Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, with a preference for Scrum Master certification.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Scrum Master roles or agile projects is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of project management is a bonus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and make informed decisions.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
**Certifications of Scrum Fundamentals is a must**
