**Remote Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct effective sales and cold calling activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of sales-related tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster positive relationships.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.




- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and cold calling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flawless communication in Spanish and English
- Experience in the construction/real estate industry is a plus!
**Technical Requirements**:
- Personal Computer running on Windows 10/11.
- Dual monitor setup.
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI).
- Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless, or 3.5mm will NOT work).
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are required.
- **English Resume required**_
Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 42.5 per week
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Remote Work: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction or Real Estate Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales & Cold Calling: 3 years (required)
