**Desired Qualifications**:
MUST have experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Ready Mode, Mojo, MLS, CRM, GSuites, and MS Excel.
Ability to build CRM systems.
Ethical, systematic, organized, and a team player.
Clear, concise, and graceful on the phone.
