Under the supervision of your collections supervisor, you would identify and allocate all payments and ensure that all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Approve order release from credit
- Drive timely cash collection
- Past due overseeing
- Account coding and oversee of disputes
- Drive compliance
- Perform variance analysis
- Drive on-time accounts reconciliation
- Generate adhoc reports
- Guide decision making
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Administration or related, active student or no more than 06 months of graduated
- Administrative/finance experience related.
- Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- RFC
