Primary purpose of the position
Essential Responsible Areas
1. Establish efficient data request templates and collaborate with colleagues to understand business analysis needs, documenting requirements for analyses and data collection processes.
2. Develop processes and tools for initial and ongoing data collection in support of business analysis requirements not addressed by current systems
4. Work with colleagues and management to identify data problems and implement remedies as needed
5. Using digital tools and techniques, analyze data, interpret results and provide ongoing analysis
6. Define advanced data collection and analysis processes, including digital and AI approaches
7. Deliver reporting capabilities to address category management, regional and business unit information needs
8. Provide functional and category analytics both routinely and on an ad-hoc basis as required
9. Optimize statistical accuracy and reliability by continuously improving data collection approaches, analysis processes, and related strategies. Synthesize, summarize, and interpret information from multiple sources (historical, forecast, internal and external)
10. Identify and propose process improvement opportunities based on analysis findings, synthesizing and summarizing information from multiple sources (historical, forecast, internal, and external).




Minimum 3 years of experience data analysis (preferrrable using advanced techniques)
**Skills**:ability to analyze large data sets and recognize patterns in data, information, or events
strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including but not limited to quantitative
oral and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and to create comprehensive presentations
