**Shipments Coordination and Execution**:
- Manage end-to-end international shipments (air, ocean, and cross-border freight).
- Schedule, book, and monitor shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and agents.
- Ensure timely pick-up, transit, and delivery of goods while adhering to client requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and partners regarding shipment status.
**Documentation and Regulatory Compliance**:
- Prepare, review, and verify documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.




- Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Manage customs clearance processes by collaborating with customs brokers and ensuring accurate declarations.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Domestic Operations, to align on customer needs and operational goals.
- Collaborate with international partners, including agents, vendors, and carriers, to optimize supply chain processes.
Cost and Efficiency Management.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
- Prepare and provide accurate freight quotes to clients based on shipment requirements.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability without compromising service quality
