Position: Utilization Review Coordinator
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
Level of study required: High school diploma or equivalent
Must have:
- 2+ years of utilization review experience; prior experience within an inpatient rehabilitation center for substance use is preferred
- Prior experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing is required
- Behavioral experience considered with medical systems is a plus
- Possess intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Job description: The Haven Texas is a private detoxification center specializing in withdrawal management and treating those suffering from addiction, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders. The Haven Texas utilizes the latest clinical approaches, full-service case management, and continuing care.



We are a hands-on program with 24/7 concierge-based admissions, full medical detoxification, clinical case management, chemical health education, peer support groups, and continuing care. The Utilization Review Coordinator is responsible for verifying insurance benefits while providing excellent customer service.
