**Main objectives of the position**:
The Accounting Assistant position is responsible to support for assisting the finance department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization.
**Essential Roles and Responsibilities**:
- AP/AR invoice general entry in SAP
- Incoming/outgoing payment general entry in SAP
- Payroll/Tax general entry in SAP
- Supplier weekly payment schedule create and submit in OA
- Daily cash position report
- Out going payment submit in online bank and issue cheque
- Archive monthly financial documents
**Position requirements: Knowledge, experiences and skills:
- **
- Schooling: Engineering or Completed Bachelor's Degree (Title)
- Bilingual 80% to 100%
- Experience in the position at least 1 year
- knowledge of Office and ERPS
- Ethics and responsibility




- Highly motivated and easily adaptable to change
- Able to multitask
**Working conditions**:
- Wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing and footwear appropriate for the work area and follow safety rules.
- Use the necessary equipment to ensure the quality of the service.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Manual skill.
- Visual ability (attention to details).
