An all-encompassing design professional responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and improving digital products, always focusing on the user and business goals. Their work spans the entire product lifecycle, from initial research to design and iteration based on feedback.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand and identify user needs and business objectives.
- Analyze and identify risks, preventing obstacles before they arise.
- Propose tangible solutions with planning and action plans.
- Ensure team decisions within the assigned scrum team are user-centered.
- Define methodologies, tools, and channels appropriate for each project.
- Estimate and manage workload required for project execution.
- Handle abstract concepts to make informed design decisions.
- Develop data-driven strategies that address user and business objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of components for the design system, adhering to brand and design guidelines while ensuring usability and accessibility.
**Essential Knowledge**:
- Design methodologies: Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
- Agile methodologies: SCRUM.
- UX Research: Generative and evaluative.
- Usability and accessibility principles.
- Design systems.
- Visual design: Composition,



typography, color, hierarchy, contrast, etc.
- Information architecture.
- UX writing principles and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in software like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Educational Background:
- Professional background in fields such as:
- Industrial Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Psychology, Communication, Anthropology, etc.
- Formal studies in UX/UI and Product Design:
- Specializations, Master’s Degrees, Diplomas, Bootcamps, etc.
**Desirable**:
- Design methodologies:
- Lean UX, Jobs to Be Done, Design Sprints, Double or Triple Diamond frameworks.
- Behavioral Economics.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Corporate work experience.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
