We seek a **Media Supervisor**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, including coaching junior analysts (levels 1 to 4).
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex problems, develop solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Experience in proposing and implementing effective work methodologies for account operations.
- Advanced technical knowledge and strong skills in planning and strategy development.




- Ability to provide training and share expertise on Paid Media topics with clients and internal teams.
- Skilled in managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues effectively.
- Proven capability to monitor, analyze, and respond to client performance indicators.
