We are now hiring an Accountant III, as member of the finance team you will ensure the review of fiscal data and the accurate recording of supplier invoices, provide accurate and timely financial information, participate in the entry of journal policies for general accounting, Tax estimation and calculation, this position is based in **Tijuana, México.**

**How You’ll Help us Connect the World**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the statutory manager with the month end close process, responsible to post journal entries in the general ledger such as accruals, prepaid expenses, and other general accounting entries, preparing monthly accruals related to taxes, responsible for Federal Taxes Payment and Payroll Tax and other matters as necessary.
Responsible for registering entries in the general ledger.
Calculation, payment, and accounting register of Federal Taxes,



Tax Payroll and DIOT.
Performs Activities of the month-end process.
Sent balance and policies for electronic accounting.
Carry out monthly bank conciliations.
Registration and control for the accounts major medical insurance expenses, life insurance, property tax amortization, among others.
Analysis of accounting accounts in the Blackline System
Control of monthly lease in visual Lease tool.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2 years’ experience in similar position within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken) minimum 80%
- Experience in estimation/calculation of Taxes: ISR, IVA, IMSS, Infonavit & State Taxes.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Intranet Document Consultation abilities.
- Customer oriented/Team Player/Results Driven.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
