- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure achievement of company objectives and goals.
2. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. Manage engineering projects from conceptualization to implementation.
4. Oversee the creation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
6. Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and operations.
7. Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in the manufacturing industry
2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
3. Experience with project management tools
4. Certifications in engineering and manufacturing (PMP, CMRP, etc.).
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).




- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing engineering projects and supervising engineering teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process design, and control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CAD software and project management tools.
- Advanced English
