**What you will do**:
**Recruitment Excellence**: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job adverts, align on role calibrations, and develop recruitment strategies leveraging data and market insights.
**Technology Mastery**: Utilize advanced tools like Eightfold AI, LinkedIn Talent Insights,



and video interview platforms to streamline talent matching, sourcing, and interview scheduling.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on hiring needs and strategies.
**What will you do, continued**:
**Compliance & Data Integrity**: Ensure all recruitment practices meet local and international laws, GDPR, and internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy and confidentiality.
**Continuous Improvement**: Stay ahead of recruitment trends, tools, and technologies through ongoing learning and professional development.
**What you will bring**:
**Experience**: Proven experience as a recruiter, either from in-house, RPO or agency.
**Skills**: Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
**Education**: A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
**Personal Attributes**: Adaptability, results orientation, creativity, resilience, and a commitment to ethical hiring practices.
