Establish technical strategies as well as development of robust processes in the Manufacturing Engineering area **(IO, High Potential cables, PCBs)**
Ensure the continuity of production and its efficiency based on the performance of the equipment and ideal use of resources.

Expert in problem solving methodology, Responsible of manage and develop the Maintenance department. Responsible for maintaining the equipment, tooling as well as facilities in idóneo conditions, keep time below the goal set by the company, ensure compliance of the execution of preventive maintenance, work directly with Planning to ensure production schedule is accurate, issues can be resolved, and target dates can be met.
**What you will do**
- Improvement and execution of projects Responsible of ensuring the continuity of production and its efficiency based on the performance of the equipment and how operating resources are used.
- Establish systems that allow monitoring the performance of the Engineering Team as well as productivity and efficiency.
- Area budget administrator
- Keep the Team updated in soft and hard skills, as well as operational procedures directly related to their functions.
- Perform reports in 4 quadrants of the Down time, MTTR/MTBF, Maintenance Preventive, CPKs, R&R; study to generate actions that eliminate the root causes.
- Support and drive key manufacturing initiatives in cost reduction, quality improvement and delivery.
- Provide communication on a regular basis to General Manager, Supervisors, Employees regarding company, division,



plant and department objectives.
- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing clean-up activities and identify/recommend improvements to management
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's -Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Engineering or similar
- 3 years of experience in Similar Position
- **Knowledge of Manufacturing processes of electronic components (IO, High potential Cables, PCBs)**
**What will put you ahead**
- Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics or Industrial,
- Instrumentation and control, Electrical mechanic or related field
- **Knowledge of Manufacturing processes of electronic components (IO, High potential cables, PCBs)**:
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly.
