The primary function of this position is to support the strategic focus on sourcing and quality initiatives. This position works globally with all business units, outsourcing managers, their teams as well as suppliers to ensure the quality, improved manufacturing methods and product delivery dates to internal/external customers is assured.

- Mechanical Engineering:



and/or five years related experience in manufacturing, engineering, procurement and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Machining and welding/fabrication knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and international specifications.
- Ability to look at data and situation and make an informed decision using best practice judgment.
- Ability to enhance internal/external customer relationships.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement & Quality
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Desirable to be computer software proficient as it pertains to word processing, spreadsheets, and CADD etc.
- Ability to travel domestically.
