We are actively looking for a** Supervisor of Asset Security** who will oversee and coordinate the operations of the corporate security team to ensure a safe and secure environment implementing preventive policies and manage incidents effectively, thus contributing to the protection of assets and individuals within the business unit facilities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Advanced/Fluent in English Language
- Software Management:
- GPS tracking and communication platforms.
- CCTV, DDS, VMSLIVE, IVMS.
- MS Office
**ACTIVITIES**
- Direct and supervise daily activities of the corporate security team,



ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and established security policies.
- Schedule and assign tasks to security personnel to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts, including holidays and emergencies.
- Train security staff in operational procedures, security policies, emergency handling, and proper use of security equipment, ensuring readiness for various situations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the security team, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
- Coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring adherence to established protocols and appropriate reporting to management and relevant authorities as necessary.
- Oversee preventive maintenance of security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, access controls, etc., to ensure optimal functionality.
- Prepare periodic reports on security team activities, reported incidents, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for enhancing asset protection.
- Collaborate closely with other departments like Human Resources, Operations, and Legal to ensure effective implementation of security policies and regulatory compliance.
