OVERALL PURPOSE : Ensure all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately.



Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all purchase orders for receiving are issued
- Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers
- Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments
- Encode quantity received and packer’s productivity
- Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day.
- Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKU’s to suppliers
- Encode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist
- Ensure all payroll of Distribution Staff are released
- Respond to supplier’s delivery complaint
- Responsible for the requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies
