- Implement and optimize vector search methods, including performance tuning and integrating popular vector search engines.
- Collaborate on multi-modal AI solutions using vision-language models for tasks like image generation, visual question answering, and multi-modal search.
- Evaluate the performance of LLM-based systems using appropriate metrics and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and risks in Generative AI development.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles and Human-AI interaction design best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI to drive innovation and enhance existing systems.
**Requirements**:
- **
Programming Languages**: Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
- ** NLP Expertise**: Understanding of NLP tasks, tokenization, attention mechanisms, and embeddings (word and sentence).
- ** Frameworks and Libraries**: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and DSPy for building LLM-powered systems.
- ** Vector Search**: Familiarity with algorithms for keyword and vector search and knowledge of popular vector search engines.
- ** Document Processing**: Expertise in document chunking strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- ** Transformers**: Intuitive understanding of how transformer models work and how to fine-tune LLMs.
