Responsible for the design, installation, and day-to-day operational support of Sony’s regional enterprise network environment. Is aligned with these four product areas and partners with EUSP integral and regional product managers who are working with business units and territories to understand their demand for services, analyze their business needs and requirements for fit with the global shared services, investigate potential solutions of needed, and ensure the successful launch of new products and features within the BU/territories’ user community.
