**Duties**:
- Follow Scripts, Straight Line Method
- Handling objections and controlling the conversation with assertion.
- Qualifies leads, identifies decision makers, determines customer needs
- Input information into the CRM
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through outbound, inbound, and nurturing every lead.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon onboarding targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Coordinate onboarding effort with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback and continuous training.
**Skills**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills-Team oriented, but self reliable
- Program Proficiency: Office 365, Salesforce CRMStrong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization




**Base Pay/Commissions**:
**$5,000 weekly net**
Commission Structure:
0-4 clients/units = $0p per
5-8 clients/units = $400p per
9-12 clients/units = $600p per
13-15 clients/units = $800p per
16+ clients/units = $1000p per
(So if you hit 14 units, you get $11,200 pesos in commissions)
