Important manufacturing company starting operations in the city of Tijuana is seeking the following key position.
**Job Title: Production Manager**
**Location**: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and organize production schedules to fulfill customer orders.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of operators and production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety.
- Identify areas for improvement and apply.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure the proper flow of operations.
- Resolve operational issues and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase.
- Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management.
- Train and motivate production personnel to improve their performance and promote a positive work environment.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,



or related field.
- Previous experience in production management, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and quality management systems.
- Leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mastery of production management tools and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic
- production environment.
