**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Design and conduct experiments for the development and/or evaluation of technology at the laboratory level.
- Operate and ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment to guarantee its functionality, as well as design the operational setup according to the assays to be performed.
- Manage and keep the sample warehouse updated.
- Document all experiments and their results,



as well as update all documents in Intelex.
- Technically report on experiments to support the timely delivery of RD&A; projects and technology transfers.
- Follow company regulations, procedures, and policies.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Academic background in Biotechnology Engineering, Food Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in development or quality control laboratories.
- Advanced understanding of English.
- Experience and knowledge in physicochemical analysis and enzymatic processes.
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and handle a sense of urgency.
- High sense of responsibility, service, and teamwork.
- Reliability and honesty, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Focus, concentration ability, and quick learning.
