**What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of ground and air shipments, ensuring that each pick-up and delivery is done in a timely manner. In case of deviations, you will take immediate action:
- Contacting the customer to notify changes.
- Managing new carrier options.
- Escalating critical situations quickly and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive logistics.
- Advanced conversational English (essential).
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Management, Logistics or related.
