The Parts Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse team. This role combines responsibilities from receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and parts counter support.
The team leader ensures efficient workflow, maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and coordinates with other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials. Strong organizational, problem
- solving, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
- Monitor and guide warehouse team members, ensuring they work safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Delegate work and determine the order of shipments, receiving, and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Track inventory levels and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities, targets, and requirements.




- Report progress updates, key achievements, and any concerns to management.
- Assist in training and onboarding new warehouse employees.
Required Strengths:Ability to speak read and write in EnglishStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proven experience in a warehouse environment.Ability to lift and move heavy objects.Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for warehouse operations.Familiarity with computer programs and systems for inventory management and data analysis.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.A forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Working Conditions:Warehouse environment with heavy phone and computer use.Possible lifting of no greater than 50 lbs.
