**About the Role**
As a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II), you will play a key role in the monitoring, organization, and documentation of Phase I-IV clinical trials at both national and international research centers. This position ensures strict adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, protocol procedures, and regulatory requirements while prioritizing patient safety and data integrity.
**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory laws
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Train investigators and site staff on study procedures
- Oversee adverse event reporting and drug accountability
- Maintain communication between sponsors, investigators, and project teams




- Support regulatory audits and inspections
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in on-site and remote monitoring
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, and global regulations
- Excellent Spanish & English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
