**About the Role**
As a Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and leading innovative marketing initiatives to position the company as a market leader.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
- Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor data




- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
- Lead sponsorship outreach and marketing initiatives
**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and marketing
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Digital marketing expertise and experience with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English
